After four seasons, TLC just pulled Shaun Robinson from The Single Life Tell All. Her replacement isn't someone from the 90 Day world at all. The reunion is split into two two-hour parts, airing May 18 and May 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.
Ross Mathews is a RuPaul's Drag Race judge and co-anchor on The Drew Barrymore Show. He's also a self-proclaimed franchise superfan, That makes him a different kind of host than Robinson. Someone coming in with opinions and history, not just a microphone.
Robinson isn't entirely gone from TLC's Tell All circuit. She's still hosting the Before the 90 Days Tell All, so the split is specific to The Single Life rather than a full exit from the network.
Season 5 brings back eight cast members trying to date after their 90 Day relationships fell apart. Gino Palazzolo is there after his split from Jasmine Pineda, a relationship that dominated Happily Ever After with its explosive fights and Jasmine's relentless jealousy. Colt Johnson is back too. He showed up on Season 6 with Larissa Lima, whose three domestic battery arrests and ultimate divorce from Colt became one of the messiest breakups the show has ever seen.
Sophie Sierra, who appeared alongside Rob Warne in Season 10, is also part of the cast, as are Pedro Jimeno, Kim Menzies, Liz Woods, Vanja Grbic, and Cortney Reardanz. That's a lot of unresolved history in one room, and Mathews will be the one steering it.
The Single Life Tell All has always had a specific energy. Cast members who've already been through public breakups, sitting across from people they may or may not have dated during filming. Robinson kept things moving without much edge. Whether Mathews, a self-described superfan with a louder personality, pushes harder is the real question going into May 18.
What isn't confirmed yet is whether any of the eight cast members managed to actually ind a relationship this season. Or whether the Tell All will just be two hours of explaining why they didn't.
